We read everything that arrives and reply to most of it. Below is what to send where, so your message reaches the right place rather than sitting in a general inbox.
What To Contact Us About
| A Mistake On The Site | Wrong odds, a broken link, a result settled incorrectly or a fact that has gone out of date. These get fixed first, and we would rather hear it from you than not know |
|---|---|
| A Question About A Selection | Why a pick was made, how it was staked, or how something was graded. We will explain the reasoning behind any published tip |
| Feedback On A Review | Particularly if you think a review reads as though it were bought. That message is worth more to us than the commission |
| Your Own Experience | How an operator handled your withdrawal, your verification or your account limits. Reader reports change ratings more often than anything else does |
| Press And Partnerships | Media questions and commercial enquiries. Be aware that a commercial approach does not buy a listing, as set out in our affiliate disclosure |
What We Cannot Help With
One thing above all, and it comes up often enough to deserve its own heading. We are not a bookmaker. We do not hold accounts, take bets, process deposits or pay out winnings, so we cannot recover your balance, unlock a restricted account, speed up a withdrawal or overturn a settlement.
If your problem is with an operator, the route is their own support first, in writing, keeping copies of everything. Tell us afterwards how it went. We cannot intervene, but a pattern of reader reports is exactly what causes us to downgrade a site or drop it entirely, and that is the influence we do have.
We also cannot give you a tip on request, tell you what to stake, or advise on your personal situation. Every selection we publish appears on the site free, at the same time, for everyone.
If Betting Has Stopped Being Fun
Please do not write to us for that. We are not counsellors and a reply from us is not what helps. Free, confidential support is available immediately through BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy, and our page on responsible gambling lists the warning signs and the tools every operator offers. That is the better door and it is open at any hour.
How To Reach Us
Use the form below and it comes straight to the editorial inbox. Include the page you are writing about if there is one, since it saves a round of questions and gets you a useful answer faster.
We aim to reply within two working days. Messages about an error on the site jump the queue, because a wrong number sitting on a page is worse than an unanswered email. If your message needs a document or a screenshot, say so and we will tell you where to send it.
Editorial Independence
Two things are worth stating on a page where people write in. Nobody can pay to appear on this site, to be rated higher, or to have a criticism removed. And nothing sent to us is passed to an operator, so if you tell us your account was restricted, that stays between us and informs the rating rather than travelling back to the company that restricted you.
If you want to know how the site makes money before you write, it is set out plainly on the affiliate disclosure page, and the people behind the selections are listed on the tipsters page.
